Shipping rates
All items ship for free to UK mainland addresses.
Shipping to Northern Ireland is £20-£30 for Possum Play Couches, and £15 for Shapes, Covers, and Liners. Shipping discounts apply for items purchased together. Final shipping calculated at checkout.

& Delivery times
Please check individual product pages for current expected shipping dispatch times (in blue text above Add to Cart button). In stock items are dispatched within 1-2 business days. After your order has been dispatched, allow for the shipping times listed below.

• England & Wales: 1-3 business days
• Scotland: 1-4 business days
• Northern Ireland: 2-5 business days
  
  Shipping modifications
  Once your order has shipped, unfortunately we're unable to modify shipping information (eg, incorrect address) or add/remove items. If you've made a mistake, email us as soon as possible after placing your order so we can try to make updates. If your item has already been processed for shipping we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to make any changes (but we’ll certainly try!) and you may be charged a redelivery fee.
